This bot stores a minimal set of Discord identifiers and counters strictly necessary for core functionality. It does not store message content or profile details, and it does not sell or share data for advertising.

- Discord identifiers: server (guild) IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, role IDs (e.g., admin roles).
- Operational values: numeric counters (e.g.,
current_count,strikes), booleans and settings (e.g.,allow_double_count). - Activity timestamps (e.g., last valid action times) for anti-abuse and functionality.
Not collected: message content, usernames/nicknames, avatars, bios, or any other personal content.
2) How We Use Information
- Operate core features (counting systems, strike/penalty logic, server-specific settings).
- Prevent abuse (e.g., double counting, rule violations) and ensure fair use.
Data is used only for the bot’s functionality and maintenance. It is not used for marketing or profiling.
3) Data Storage & Retention
- Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the bot developer.
- Data is retained only as long as required for operation and legitimate purposes outlined here.
- When a server removes the bot, related server data may be deleted upon request.
4) Data Sharing
- No sale of data. No sharing with advertisers.
- Only exchanges with Discord’s API occur as required to provide the bot’s features.
5) Your Rights & Requests
Server administrators may request:
- Access to the data stored for their server.
- Deletion of server-specific stored data.
